Ryan Keeps Growing

We always knew that we were blessed with a strong baby boy, but WOW he really is strong! He is starting to stand up with the help of mom or dad holding his hands. He hasn't even rolled over yet, but he is working out his little leg muscles--that is for sure.
I think little Ryan may be growing up a little too fast if he is already holding the remote! He is already starting to grow out of his 0-3 month clothes, and he is only 2 months old (tomorrow). My baby is growing up already!
Grandmama Pittard is holding baby Ryan and Grandpa Pittard is holding baby Jace. They had no grandkids for a while and suddenly have two strong grandsons.
It is a lot of fun having Angela and Kenny around with their baby Jace. We are new parents together, and they give us lots of good pointers on how to soothe a frantic baby, know when your baby is hungry, swaddle him tightly, and etc. It is great!
Ryan and Mommy are best buds now. Alisa just went back to work part time, and misses her little guy like crazy during the day! Squishma, Flashpa (Alisa's mom and dad), and Rebecca enjoy watching little Ryan in the afternoon/evenings now.

"Junior" loves being held by Daddy. He gets very happy when Daddy comes home from work at lunch time to see how he is doing. He recognizes Tony's voice, and looks at him as he walks around the room. He LOVES his daddy!

The weather is finally getting nice enough to take our little bud out for a walk. He just sleeps as we push him around in the stroller. He also sleeps any time we take him in the car, which makes it easier to concentrate while driving.
Ryan smiles all the time now. He is a very happy baby. He also does an energizing "diaper dance" in celebration of a clean bum. He alternates wiggling his arms and legs ferociously while smiling and cooing; his diaper ritual actually makes diaper changing time fun!

Swinging and hanging out in his bouncer really calm the little guy when he is frantic. We often use these secret weapons to help Ryan get back to sleep in the middle of the night.
We have decided that Ryan looks a lot like Tony from the nose up while the lower half of his face looks just like Alisa.
Ryan is so fun just to look at-- often we have "staring wars" to see who will blink or smile first. Right now his eyes are dark blue, and they are a beautiful window to his sweet, innocent little soul.
